This group started in Alton, Hampshire but moved online during lockdown. For the moment it’s still online. Whilst it still attracts people from the Alton area now people tend to attend from a much wider area.

This is a warm and friendly meeting in a really supportive atmosphere.

We’ll use a mix of break-out rooms and whole group activities to give you the chance to showcase what you do and build relationships with other attendees.

You may be aware that we don’t do the 60 second introductions favoured by so many networking groups. Instead we do something a little different so that our introductions remain fresh and interesting. This month we’d like you to capture what you do in one sentence and then share a brief tip to showcase your expertise. This article is designed to help.

Meet your Group Leader Adam Buttery

As a Holistic Therapist Adam specialises in treating pain, gently. If it hurts or doesn’t move Adam’s work can help. In his previous life Adam worked in IT and still helps out on an occasional basis.

Meet your speaker Sally Sidani-Wilkinson

Sally is a qualified Health Coach, Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner and Founder of Re-Balance By Sally. She specialises in supporting women in perimenopause and menopause with a natural holistic approach. Sally has experience in marketing  and when she’s not working volunteers at Macmillan fundraising events.
