Working lunch: planning for success in 2023

If you’ve been struggling to get round to planning for success in 2023 this is the event for you.

We’ll take a look at your goals for the year and what needs to happen to achieve them and plot the actions on to a timeline.

We’ll make a start on planning your marketing content to support your goals.

This is an interactive session so to give everyone enough time and support numbers will be restricted to a maximum of eight. The session will take place on Zoom.

Preparation

We would encourage you to review 2022 before coming to this event.

• What were your successes and how would you like to build on them?
• What didn’t work so well? What was the impact? Do you want to revise and try again?
• How have your customers’ needs and wants changed over the last 12 months or so? How will that impact your business?
• What has happened in your market place in the last year and how will that affect your business in 2023? You might consider like to use a PESTLE analysis… Politics, Economy, Social, Technology, Legal and Environmental… to develop your thinking.
• What is happening with your competition… that’s both direct competitors and indirect competition i.e. the alternative solutions your ideal clients might opt for instead of buying from you (this might include doing nothing?

Set your top goals for the year? We would suggest a maximum of three main goals for the year. It will be helpful if you could come to the session with these in mind. We’ll then break them down into what needs to happen to achieve them.
