I wish I had £1 for every business owner and start-up that told me their ideal customer is everybody. It’s not! Even Amazon don’t sell to everyone.

Your ideal customer is someone who really wants what you do, is prepared to pay properly for it and is a pleasure to work with. Is that everybody? Of course not.

When you really pinpoint who your ideal client is you start to attract them. That’s because your marketing becomes clearer and your network understands who to introduce to you and people start recognising that you can help them.

We’ll help you to work out who is your ideal client

Many small business owners struggle to identify who their ideal client is. They panic that restricting themselves to one persona will limit their growth potential. The opposite is usually true. But I’ll let you into a secret… just because someone doesn’t fit the description of your ideal client doesn’t mean you can’t work with them. It might  mean you don’t want to talk about that work in case you confuse people.
