Working lunch: introducing your business in one sentence

Our working lunch sessions are a mix of learning and implementation. They are designed to focus on one small aspect of business development.

This month’s topic is ‘your one sentence introduction’ it might sometimes be described as your ‘elevator pitch’.

You might need this sentence when you meet someone new or for a very quick introduction round when networking. You need it for your social media bios and it might be useful on a business card. It’s also helps when you are being introduced as a speaker, podcast guest or interviewee.

It’s not easy to get everything needed in to one sentence. We’ve all been irritated by business owners taking two or three minutes to introduce themselves when asked to do it in 30 seconds. We’ve probably been impressed by those who can make us understand their business in just one sentence.

This session is designed to help you be one of those people. At the end of the session you’ll have one sentence that captures you and your business.

Numbers for this session are limited to 6 so there is time for everyone to get the support they need to nail their sentence. If there are more people wanting to do the session we will add another time.

We know you are busy and it can be difficult to find time to work on your business. You are welcome to bring and eat your lunch during the session if this helps you to make the time to join us.
