Working lunch: Business policies

Policies take some of the pain out of decision making. They make it easy for you and your stakeholders to know what they can expect and how they should behave. They can help set you apart from your competitors. Some policies are a legal requirement, others are just good practice.

In this session Jill Aburrow will encourage us to identify which policies would be helpful in our businesses and how to go about creating them.

The session is included in our member subscriptions. Non-members may attend free of charge as one of their three trial events or may pay £25 which will include a month’s membership as well as this event.

It’s an interactive session so bring pen and paper and any questions. Feel free to bring your lunch to eat when you are not speaking.
