If you do business in the Fleet area of Hampshire we’d love to meet you. Your host is the fabulous Mandy Dineley. Mandy has the loveliest way of making everyone feel special and welcome.

Our agenda is a mix of informal networking, a speaker and a little learning. This month our speaker is Dawn Gregory who will be speaking about “Navigating Change: Staying Confident and Focused in an Ever Changing World”

‘On-demand box sets, Chat GPT, a new government in the UK and USA, and more social media platforms.  These changes can be overwhelming as we are assaulted with news about all these and more by the minute, the hour, the day.  Some changes are exciting, while others are unexpected and challenging. But regardless of the form it takes, change often comes with uncertainty—and uncertainty can shake our confidence. Maybe you, like me, find your brain being overrun by so much information that it seems hard to keep it all in place and focus on what you need to be doing.  

We don’t do the 60 second pitch favoured by many networking communities. Instead, we have a different theme each month to keep our introductions fresh and to help us to get to know you better. This month… why my ideal client should choose me. This article might start your thinking.

Everyone is welcome at our business networking events. No professional restrictions, pressure to refer or attendance rules. We’re a welcoming bunch, and our meetings are typically 10-16 people so even if you are a novice networker they’re not too intimidating.

We’ll be meeting in the Spice Merchant in Crookham Village. There is ample parking.

There will be a £15 attendance fee for this event (£12 for members) to cover room hire and refreshments. Payment may be made on arrival. These are a tax deductible marketing expense.

Your host

Your host is Mandy Dineley of My Beautiful Pen. Mandy specialises in beautiful words for special occasions. Whether you want help to write a speech or some framed words to give as a gift Mandy can help. Her offers include some magical letters from Father Christmas and some invitations to Lapland.

Mandy is also a talented, professional singer whose talents are much in demand, often with her bass playing husband Pete.

Your speaker

Dawn Gregory comes from an Irish family of born speakers, she had to work hard to get her voice heard. Now she helps nervous speakers to develop their skills and confidence so they can present with panache.

Your venue

We have recently moved our meetings to the Spice Merchant in Crookham village and we love it. Service is friendly and efficient, there’s easy parking and if you want to stay on for food there are great options specialising in Thai cuisine.
