Farnham in person business networking 7th September 2023

Welcome to our Farnham in person business networking meeting in our new regular slot of the First Thursday of the month.
Your host is the ever supportive Adam Buttery.
This is a 90 minute networking session. A typical Farnham agenda includes…
- Informal networking
- Get to know you activities
- A speaker who this month is… Sharon Malley, who will be demystifying cash accounting (subject to confirmation)
- A business development session
To celebrate the move to the first Thursday of the month we’re waiving our regular meeting fee of £10 to make this meeting FREE, It will still include tea or coffee and light refreshments.
This is a warm and friendly meeting in a really supportive atmosphere. If you are at all worried about walking into a room of strangers, then please contact glenda@fabulousnetworking.co.uk and I’ll put you in touch with Adam who will make it as easy as possible for you.
Meet your Group Leader Adam Buttery
As a Holistic Therapist Adam specialises in treating pain, gently. If it hurts or doesn’t move Adam’s work can help. In his previous life Adam worked in IT and still helps out on an occasional basis. You’re quite likely to encounter Adam arriving at a meeting on his motorbike.
Meet your speaker
Sharon Malley started her career in tax and, after a few different jobs with small, medium and large accounting firms, she settled at Milne, Eldridge in 2000. She’s enjoyed lots of opportunity for growth at Milne Eldridge , and now has responsibility for both accounts and all forms of tax for their clients. She’s also involved in practice management input and networking opportunities on behalf of the firm. She still loves the nitty gritty of preparing accounts and tax returns, refining the data from the mass of documentation given to her and presenting an orderly result to her clients!
Our venue: Unit 7 Alexandra House, Hones Business Park
We are still on the look out for a permanent venue in Farnham so this month we’ll be meeting in Adam’s clinic. It’s a relatively small space so it would help if you could book in advance so we can be sure to have enough chairs and cups! There is no parking on the business park itself but you should be able to find some on adjacent roads or use the station car park which is a very short walk (but fees apply).
