Grow your business networking connections in Ealing and beyond.

Running a business can be lonely. Who do you turn to for support? How do you meet potential collaborators or suppliers? Attending our Ealing business networking group will introduce you to people who care about you and your business. They may become customers or introducers. They will almost certainly become supporters and friends.

Our July agenda.

Our agenda is structured but flexible to respond to the needs of the group on the day.

Our speaker this month is Karen Peters who will be exploring ‘What holds us back as small business owners?’

We’ve ditched the pitch! They become very repetitive. Instead, we vary our introductions with a different theme each month. In July, we’re asking you to tell us about the problem you solve for your ideal client. This article might help you to prepare.

The cost is £15 (reduced to £12 for members) including a hot drink and cake.

Your host

Your host is Glenda Shawley, MD of Fabulous Networking. Glenda has owned her own small business for over 30 years and has experienced the highs and lows of business ownership. She is the author of Founded after 40: how to start a business when you haven’t got time to waste. She is delighted that one of her start your own business clients has now been established for more than 14 years and is an active member of Fabulous Networking.

Karen Peters is a Cognomovement practitioner  As such Karen helps her clients break free from stress, anxiety, and limiting emotions. Karen has designed a quiz that she would like attendees to complete before the event so that you get more from it. This promises to be both enlightening and fun.

Our venue

We meet at Rayuela, a fine dining Spanish restaurant in the new Dickens Yard development in the heart of Ealing

There’s an underground car park accessible from Longfield Avenue (best joined from Gordon Rd. as there are turning restrictions with the Uxbridge Rd and the cameras take no prisoners!). There are other car parks on Springbridge Road

All bus routes along the A4020 are accessible. Ealing Broadway station is now fully accessible and serves National Rail, the Elizabeth Line and the Central and District Lines. It’s about a 5 minute walk.

• Our meetings are relaxed but purposeful. No pressure to bring referrals and no attendance rules. We hope you’ll come because you enjoy it.

Fabulous Networking is a membership organisation, but visitors are always welcome. We don’t restrict attendance by profession or gender. We believe that there are opportunities to be gained by working with our competitors. Visitors are encouraged to attend up to three of our events before deciding if they’d like to join.
