She works with children\, young people and adults but specialises in helping women 35+ heal from anxiety\, trauma and emotional struggles. \nIn this talk\, ‘Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours’\, Namita will discuss  a topic that is often misunderstood but has an enormous effect on mental health\,  on so many children\, young people and adults. She has years of experience running her own business. She took Fabulous Networking over in January 2019 having been responsible for marketing the community for a number of years. \nGlenda is married with two adult children. When she’s not working she enjoys being creative and supporting Brentford FC. \nOur speaker.\nZoe Angle is a professional stained glass artist. \nAfter a fine arts degree in Sheffield she ‘served her time’ with some of the leading stained glass studios in the UK before establishing her own business in 2009. She has worked on high profile projects such as the Baltic Exchange restoration and the memorial window to Winston Churchill in St. Martin’s Church\, Bladon. \nMuch of her work is domestic and she works collaboratively with stained glass designers and door and window manufacturers as well as directly with clients. She undertakes restoration and repair as well as designing in contemporary and traditional styles. Her specialism is fine art painting on glass. \nOur venue\nWe meet at Rayuela\, a fine dining Spanish restaurant in the new Dickens Yard development in the heart of Ealing \nThere’s an underground car park accessible from Longfield Avenue (best joined from Gordon Rd. as there are turning restrictions with the Uxbridge Rd and the cameras take no prisoners!). There are other car parks on Springbridge Road \nAll bus routes along the A4020 are accessible. Ealing Broadway station is now fully accessible and serves National Rail\, the Elizabeth Line and the Central and District Lines. There are other car parks on Springbridge Road \nAll bus routes along the A4020 are accessible. Ealing Broadway station is now fully accessible and serves National Rail\, the Elizabeth Line and the Central and District Lines.
