When you run your own business it’s natural to prioritise serving existing customers over the things that will grow your business. For many finding time to work on business development can be challenging. That’s why we have introduced a monthly accountability call to help you to focus on at least some business development activity in the month.
At 1.00p.m. on the first working day each month we hold a short Zoom call where we celebrate your achievements in the last month and set our intentions for the next period. You decide what follow up you would like between sessions. Whether that’s an accountability partner or the occasional email or even a regular phone call. For those who want more focus we offer Get it done days on the first Wednesday and third Tuesday each month.
These accountability sessions are a member benefit. Get it done days are £10 per day for non-members.
